I came across this quotation from Peter Higton in his Grove booklet on ‘Vulnerable Learning’ while I was reading for my dissertation last year. I love it because it sums up so completely my postgrad study experiences. I seem to have been under many illusions and have often had inadequate responses undermined by my studies. Still, how else to grow…?!
